Full equipped apartment at reasonable price, located in a quite areα near to taxi rank and bus stop.

The owner was very nice and very helpful, he gave us good information. He was very very helpful with our luggage, he even store our luggage in his apartment until the evening, after checking out in the morning. The 2 apartments where very nice and clean, we were 4 people in each apartment, very comfortable, the kitchen was big and very good equipped. The apartments are only a few stations away ,by bus, to the old city , and the bus station is very near, just across the road.

Close to the beach and pizzeria

Terrace is not useful because it is in opposite to restaurant below.

Literally 200m away from the beach, close to a supermarket and a very nice pizzaria just outside the apartment (ask there for Villa Tolja because the entrance isn´t that visible). It's possible to park outside, no stress, for free.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2-bed apartment for one week and in a 1-bed apartment for one week. Both apartments were spacious with a terrace. Villa Tolja is very central and near bus and supermarket.

I like staying in Villa Tolja because of the location. it's homy ambiance and accessable to everything. also the family who own Villa Tolja are accommodating very helpful to assist you where to go, what to do and will give you all the information you needed. I stayed at Villa Tolja last year on Christmas, indeed a great hospitable family, even the son took us to the old town to witness the culture of Dubrovnik in which people gather and greet each other a Merry Christmas while watching the live concert of Christmas Carol. I will indeed recommend Villa Tolja to all my friends and to all the travelers that goes to Dubrovnik.

The apartment had a good price for the comfort, space and proximity to the beach. There is a nice pizzeria next to it. The owner was very nice. We arrived at 2:00am and he came to give us the keys and show us the place. I totally recommend it.
